Giving feedback involves having conversations that can be quite challenging for any manager or leader. Conversations can quickly go wrong or be avoided altogether by managers who are either too busy or lack the confidence to provide feedback that will make a positive impact on their direct reports.

The Mastering Feedback program provides participants with a simple to use, highly effective feedback model that when used, enhances learning for improved employee performance.
