Getting a team working well together creates amazing results

Coaching a team to high performance isn't easy, yet a good team coach can make a huge impact on performance.

In this advanced development program, leaders or managers who are already coaching others one to one now learn how to apply the NLG brain-based coaching models to coaching teams.

Participants discover what makes successful teams thrive, the stages teams go through as they develop, and how to translate 1:1 coaching to a team using the CO-CREATE model. They then go through an intensive exercise over a whole day, with rigorous, real time feedback that will improve their ability to coach a team.
