Our work is based on five insights about human functioning:
- Human interactions can be significantly more effective than they currently are
- Educating people about the brain increases workplace engagement and productivity
- Human change occurs most easily through modelling best practice
- Attention is the active ingredient in individual and organizational change
- Learning and change requires ongoing attention rather than one-off interventions
These beliefs have emerged from 14 years of research and development primarily driven by Dr. David Rock.
