About the NeuroLeadership Group

The NeuroLeadership Group is a global human performance consultancy, drawing from the latest findings in neuroscience. We have operations in 39 cities over 24 countries.

We:

We work with some of the world's leading organizations and many government departments. Our major client groups are in technology, financial services, government, professional services and health care. We also work extensively in primary industry, manufacturing and retail.



Over 10,000 professionals have participated in our open enrolment programs since 1998.

 What we think

Our work is based on five insights about human functioning:

  • Human interactions can be significantly more effective than they currently are
  • Educating people about the brain increases workplace engagement and productivity
  • Human change occurs most easily through modelling best practice
  • Attention is the active ingredient in individual and organizational change
  • Learning and change requires ongoing attention rather than one-off interventions

These beliefs have emerged from 14 years of research and development primarily driven by Dr. David Rock.

Dr. Rock coined the term NeuroLeadership in 2006 and in 2007 co-founded the NeuroLeadership Institute, now an independent global research organization.

Leadership

The organization is led by Dr. David Rock. Dr Rock began researching and developing human performance frameworks in 1996. He coined the term NeuroLeadership in 2006, and has published four books, including ‘Quiet Leadership’, the text-book ‘Coaching with the Brain in Mind’ and the business best-seller ‘Your Brain at Work’.

History

The NeuroLeadership Group was officially named in 2011, however the organization draws from the full suite of intellectual property developed by Results Coaching Systems, which was established in 1998.
